The fitness professional will assess how your body naturally muves, muvement capabilities, muvement goals, and overall health and fitness goals. We will also collect your weight, body fat percentage, before pictures, and discuss plans, packages, programs, pricing, and payment plans. This service is mandatory in order for the fitness professional to program your personalized workout regimen.

Note: this service includes 3 total sessions to be completed within a 7 day period. Session one is the Fitness Screening, and the remaining sessions are 2 Private Trial Training Sessions (hence Trial Package).
